DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM ?
We do have a showroom where you can view our ranges. We keep in stock Oak, Pine and Ash, although we cannot have every piece of a range in stock we will do our best to have a piece in if it is requested. The showroom is located: at the top of Walton Road off Stanley Street/Norwich Road Lowestoft. We are open: Mon-Sat 9.30am-5pm and Sun/Bank Holidays 11am-4pm.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
Not at present but we have leaflets on all our furniture ranges,and our full catalogue will be available soon.
HOW SAFE IS IT TO USE MY CARD ONLINE ?
Roman Furniture uses one of the most secure servers and online systems for all credit card and debit card payments. We have never had to date a reported incident using this system
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?
This depends on the range of furniture ordered. We have a good stock of the ranges furniture and is normally delivered within 2-4 weeks this would depend on where you live in the country.
IS MY FURNITURE ALREADY ASSEMBLED?
With the exception of certain wardrobes and beds 90% of our furniture is fully assembled. If it is not fully assembled the 2 man delivery crew will assemble free of charge.
The furniture will also be placed in the room of your choice.
HOW TO CARE FOR MY FURNITURE?
All our furniture is finished to the highest quality and does not need much looking after. But we highly recomend FIDDES SUPREME WAX we stock and supply several ranges of this product to cover oak/ash and pine,just go to our woodcare products page.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCE ?
Our company does not offer finance direct,but at the bottom of each page you can link to a finance company who can. just click on Way To Pay
WHERE DOES THE WOOD COME FROM ?
Our pine is from well - managed and sustainable sources, typically redwood forests in Scandinavia and our oak is from North American forestry stocks.
